1. What Menstars HQ is
Menstars HQ ("My Engager Network", "MEN") lets contributors build per-platform lists of engagers, star them, keep private notes, and appear on community leaderboards.
2. Your account
You register with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. One account per person.
3. Stars can never be bought
Stars are earned only by contributors starring engagers. Ranking, leaderboard position, and stars are not for sale and cannot be purchased, transferred, or traded. Any attempt to buy, sell, or manipulate ranking is grounds for immediate account removal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass or defame anyone; add handles you have no genuine engagement basis for; scrape the service or overload it; attempt to access other users' private data (including private notes); or use Menstars HQ for spam, fraud, or anything unlawful.
5. Public vs private
Engager handles, star counts, and leaderboard rankings are public. Your private notes and notepad are visible only to you — never to other users, and never used for advertising.
6. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your data.
7. The service "as is"
Menstars HQ is provided as-is, without warranties. We are not liable for lost data, account bans on third-party platforms, or missed brand deals.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
